Practical tips from someone who does this daily
- The Odd / Even buttons are underrated. If you scanned a double-sided stack and every other page is upside-down or blank, selecting Even (or Odd) lets you pull the good side in one click.
- Ranges beat clicking for long documents. Typing 1-3, 5, 8-10 is faster and less error-prone than tapping twelve thumbnails on a 60-page file.
- Name the output for the recipient. Statement-March.pdf tells your accountant exactly what they're getting; extract.pdf tells them nothing.
- Double-check the page count shown after you select — it's the fastest way to catch a range you typed wrong before you send.
